I recently stopped in at Thompson since I was in the area on business. It's a fairly small spot with the brewing equipment right next to the tasting area. The owner/brewer was very forward greeting everyone with a handshake. He was friendly and answered my questions about the beer. They had 5 of their beers on tap out of a total of 10 or so they make. The quality of the beer was pretty good but the tasters were served in rocks glasses which is kind of weird. Also, the carbonation was a bit low for all the beers. They offer tasters, full pours, and growlers for their beer. Prices were inexpensive with most tasters at $1 or $2 for generous 4 oz. pours. Overall, this is definitely a brewery that is still getting on its feet in my opinion and the quality of the beers shows that.
