Served on tap into a snifter.
A- Poured dark brown with an off-white solid and fluffy head that left chunky lace.
S- Big clove, cinnamon, bubblegum, and roasted malt.
T- Big clove, bubblegum, raisin, and plum. Some light cinnamon and a watery finish.
M- Pretty watery finish, some warming, prickly carbonation, and medium body.
O- A balanced Belgian dark ale with nice balance of malt and spice. The watery mouthfeel and finish detracted some from the flavor.
