750 mL bottle poured into a snifter. Bottle #39 of 56.
Appearance - Pale red. Hazy pink body. Medium white head.
Smell - Cherry. Sweet cherry pie. Light pale malt.
Taste - Starts off with a delicate cherry flavor that gets more intense. Lightly tart, but seemingly just from the cherry. Lightly doughy malts in the back, but not much else beyond cherry. Maybe a little yeastiness in the back end.
Mouthfeel - Light. Medium low carbonation.
Overall - Not a lot going on, but a nice cherry flavor.

IMO - Appears blonde in color, pretty cloudy with a long lasting fluffy head. Smells of toasted biscuity malts and sour pie cherries. Tastes upfront of a balanced, sweet, tart and sour cherry, much like a lightly sweetend cherry pie filling, ends with hop hints. Fruity yest notes blend in with the cherries, lightly tart and sour. Towards the crisp end, spritzy, light bodied and finnishing fairly long.
