Just like our winter here in Oregon has been this year, this mild is not so mild. An extra magic brewday and an especially voracious Scottish yeast variety made this mild a bit stronger than tradition. Easy drinking with a medium body and a smooth twangy-fruity finish, this brew is a nice change from the strong beer we have been sipping this winter!
