Agrarian Ales

This refreshing summer wheat is a German Berliner Weiss, Agrarian style! We are pleased to be using organic Red Fife heirloom wheat from our friends at Camas Country Mill; this addition adds a pleasantly full mouthfeel and big wheat flavor even though it is very low in alcohol. Mixed with organic Pils malt, this light ale is slightly sour, with crisp lemon/lime flavors from the Centennial hops. Spritzy carbonation and a nice fluffy head make this a thirst quenching beer for the summer!
