This wee heavy strong ale is made with a hefty amount of fire roasted sweet meat squash from our neighbors at River’s Turn Farm. With an extended aging in Oregon rye whiskey barrels, the malty and caramel like base picked up nuances of oak and vanilla. This full-bodied deep copper brew is sure to stoke the fire inside as we transition into the wintry abyss.
