This refreshingly tart wheat beer was made with Agrarian’s house souring culture and brewed during June’s epic lightning and thunderstorm. We added aronia berries from our friends at Lane County Farmer’s Market to the fermented beer to contribute the slight astringency, solid tannins, and beautiful color so familiar to July.
