Two historic farmhouse styles, Belgian Wit Bier and German GOSE, collide in this incredibly crisp and effervescent hybrid ale. A cornucopia of locally farmed ingredients represented: organic hard white wheat from Hunton Farms, Cayuse Oats from Lonesome Whistle Farm, as well as coriander seed and sterling hops from our farm, and finished with Jacobson sea salt from Neharts Bay. This ale offers quite the unique experience of tartness, creaminess, and intense refreshment in every drink.
