Take the chill off a crisp fall evening with this rich, warming strong ale. Notes of toffee and hazelnuts swim around a significant hop profile created from multiple wet and dry additions of our own Nugget and Cascade hops, also creating a wonderful aroma of candied fruit. This ale pairs quite well with fall dishes of squash, mushrooms, and peppers. Some warm bread pudding also matches to create the perfect nightcap.
