This beer is made with our mix strain yeast, its a mix of Wheat beer yeast and american west coast yeast, giving low abv beer a bigger body.
We have used Centennial and Columbus hops to get a bright grapefruit aroma and flavor with a subtle bitterness.
This is our take on the old west coast APA but with a twist.

Pours a fairly clear amber with fine head.
Smell is fruity with notes of citrus, pine, peach and some crackers.
Taste is fruity with notes of citrus, pine and wheat dough. Moderate bitterness and hints of crackers and soap.
Mouthfeel is medium, with good, but overly foamy carbonation.
Overall, a decent APA, just not refined enough.
