Copenhagen 5/11 2021. 44 cl can from Systembolaget, Vallgatan, Åhus. Fortune Teller looking at a crystal ball on the can.
Pours opaque hazy orange with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with prominent, sweet, fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Mango, peach and pineapple. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong fermented sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fairly potent and a bit sweet - but not without bitter bite.
