Copenhagen 30/10 2021. 44 cl can from Systembolaget, Vallgatan, Ă…hus. A Sunrise seen above heavy rainclouds on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, odor of tropical fruit and stone fruits mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Mango, peach and pineapple. Grape frit with a touch of orange.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour twisrrt. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Sweet and fruity nose and with a searing bitter bite.
