A: At first all dark beige compact head, but the liquid starts to rise after a little while, clear copper. Decent lacings.
S: Roasted dark sweet malts. Bitter as well as floral; citric and green apples.
T: Bitter hops and bready caramell malt. Lots of fruit, from the floral hops; grapefruits, green apples and lemons.
M: Long fantastic bitter aftertaste. Medium full body and rich but very smooth carbonation.
O: This beer holds a nice balance when it comes to the bitter hops and the malt, but the floral hops in the back makes it even better.
