Bottled on 5/14/18. 12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a bright golden yellow with a creamy eggshell white head that slowly falls leaving great retention and sticky frothy lacing. It's not too hazy and doesn't have sediment or yeast floating around. The aromas have some banana and bubblegum leading the way. Yeasts and malts are there. The flavors basically follow the nose for the most part. More banana and bubblegum. Some citrus. Yeasts and malts do their thing. Finishes dry. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's light with active carbonation. It's sharp, smooth, refreshing and easy to drink.
This is a solid brew. It might not be the most prime example of the style, but it's still nice and "close enough". I like it. It's crisp, refreshing, enjoyable and fun to drink.

Pours a milky pale yellow color with only slight carbonation. Smell is sweet by strawlike, almost wine like. Initial taste is very mild, slight banana and clover flavors that stay til a sweet finish. The feel is light and refreshing as well with not much lacing to speak of. Overall a pleasant brew but not a standout in flavor like others in its class

This wheat beer isn't ashamed to give you a lot of wheat beer taste.
It opens pale and thin looking. The head eventually dissipates to nothing. The aroma is weak but appropriate wheat beer smell.
The taste is strong, grainy, and malty. It lingers nicely and does not leave you - it stands up better to food than usual for this style.
Recommended.

Pours a pale dull yellow only slightly hazy, not murky like a good yeasty German Hefe. Small white head falls quick to a ring only light lace.
Aroma is wheat malts some banana, more lemon grass backed by some spice mostly clove some light pepper.
Taste is mostly like the nose good wheat notes, some tartness that comes through with a burst of carbonation. Lemon grass and spice clover lightly peppery with some light banana in the finish.
Mouthfeel is approaching medium with a burst of carbonation in the middle.
Overall not bad for an American attempt, but really prefer deep murky, yeasty German ones.
