A 22oz bomber picked up in Asheville, June 2015
L - Amber red, with no clarity. 1 full finger of head, and lots of lacing on the glass.
S - Hoppy, and belgian yeast. Not sweet
T - A hoppy red wheat ale. The belgian yeast is fairly subtle.
F - Well carbonated. Medium body
O - A tasty hoppy red ale. Not quite as I expected, but good nonetheless

This one, while very unorthodox, blew me away! Dark amber body with a huge cream colored head with thick lacing. Smells of floral yeast with earthy spices, namely clove, with big esters of lemon, lime, pear, orange, pineapple, and passion fruit, backing wheat, with a juicy nectarine cutting in. Taste has all of this work more together, but the same flavors. Feel is full and yeasty, with a slightly heavier body, hops are more potent too but they go so well with the yeast and wheat that you don't care. This is creative, intentional and delicious
