12/30....pours very dark brown, which turns to black but just a modest line of foam. Light coffee nose, some pepper smell. More roast than anything. Opens roasted, and quickly spins to a burst of peppery oil burn. But balanced. Leaves a habanero burn in its wake. Delicious.
