Appearance - Pours slightly cloudy yellowish color with fast forming light white head that quickly dissipates. Not much lacing at all.

Aroma - Very tart, lemon/wheat pretty briny. There is also a tart berry aroma as well.

Taste - Pretty tart but it is a quick hit that quickly changes to a carbonation bite. Slight lemon/berry flavors that linger.

Feel - Light bodied maybe a little high on the carbonation. Nice tart bite.

Overall - A pretty well done Gose maybe a little over carbonated but nice flavor.

My first gose so I'm not a good judge by any means..

Smells a bit like a pilsner and urine mixed..

Luckily the taste is better , very smooth going down , bit of wet hay flavor to the finish like a farmhouse ale.

Drinkable for sure .

A: Cloudy golden color with a quickly dissipating fluffy, white head.
S: An almost berry-like tart smell emerges from the glass.
T: Follows the nose, it has a sometimes grassy, and sometimes fruity sour flavor.
M: Light to medium bodied.
O: I actually really was pleasantly surprised with the fine balance of sourness in this beer.

Pale gold bronze, thin skim that fades fast.
Lightly wheaty aroma with a distinct lemony lactic twang of lactobacillus, vaguely briny. Taste is tart and lemony with just the right amount of salt that lends to a drying finish and a slight savory quality. Overall a nice refreshing gose. Not as extreme as Westbrook's gose.

Hazy gray-yellow beer that starts with a nice white head, but the foam fades quickly. Nice lemony nose, but it could be stronger. It only hints at the tart deliciousness of the beer. It's salty but not too salty, and has enough body for the lemony notes not to overwhelm other aspects of the flavor. Could be more complex, but is certainly tasty as it is. Mouthfeel is mildly slick, fairly flat, but also leaves a little numbing sensation. A nice gose, refreshing on a hot afternoon. Bottom dated 06/29/2016, enjoyed on 26 July 2016.
