Recently got into this brewery.
Offers some outstanding examples of Sours, IPA, of various hop configuration.
Brown ale
And of course lager.
Which brings me to this Dortmund Lager a collaboration between Hi-Wire and Hillman.
A perfect match.
Look: Orange (color)
Smell: Are you kidding me? Machine shop fumes have damaged my smell cells.
Taste: My taste is still intact, since I only smell the coolants and don't drink them.
Anyway: To the best of my ability, Apricots, Malt, hops. and sour apple.
Overall: I will be getting more of this as soon as possible.
I may hoard a few 4 packs for my own evil purposes.
Get some while you still can, you never know who might close these horrible days. 4.25 to 4.5

Appearance: clear yellowish-orange in color with a 1/2" head that breaks down rather quickly.
Smell: nice malt sweetness is easily detectable here.
Taste: nice malt presence, biscuit, a bit of ripe orange sweetness, and a very mild earthy bitterness finishes it off.
Mouthfeel: light in body. Lightly crisp from start to finish. Relatively clean aftertaste.
Overall: this was a well done beer that satisfies and is a great change up from the hop forward beers.
