1 pt 6 for oz poured into a tulip glass. No evidence of a bottled on date. Pours a clear orange with little to no head (which is interesting, since the bottle said it is supposed to be light pink). The aroma is mainly grapes and florality. The taste is in line with the nose, with some mild bubblegum notes and some dirt. The carbonation is medium, the fullness and feel is medium as well, though it gets sticky as it warms. Other than it not being pink in any way, a decent saison for those who like mild sweetness over the funk.

Poured into a snifter. A clear amber color with a definite pinkish hue in the sunlight. A frothy medium-sized head that receded quickly into a wispy cap. Subtle aromas of hibiscus, chardonnay, and white bread. With the first taste, I was greeted with an immediate white wine sensation, with a slightly acidic note. This was followed with some floral notes, berries, crackery grain, and finally an odd bitter finish. The wine presence reappeared and gave the impression of a sweet, not dry finish. Not dry enough for me, and not enough of the spicy floral notes I enjoy. Should have guessed with the additions...
