Pours a lightly hazy pale yellow with some light orange highlights, pretty big fluffy off white head from aggressive pour.
Aroma is wow a mixture for sure that seems to flip flop form whats dominate.Nice light tart fruits with big brett notes, lemon grass light peppery notes then to heavier spicy rye, grapefruit, passion fruit even peach hints. Aroma is nice, but my nose keeps flipping the smells , interesting.
Taste is like the nose but more solid no switching of domination. Fruity funky brett infused fruit notes tart grapefruit, orange that isn't sweet but has some hop bitterness mingled spicy rye notes that play out to dry lightly spicy with just hints of pepper in the finish. The funky tart brett plays well with the bitter hops keeping each other in check.
Mouthfeel is lighter then medium with little above medium carbonation level without being overly peppy.
Overall this might be the most balance Brett IPA I have had seems to blend perfectly neither side coming out on top. Love how the nose seems to switch from Wild Ale to IPA. This ones good enough to give Wicked Weed a run for the money for damn sure in my opinion. Defiantly worth a try if you like Wild Ales.

Not gonna lie, picked this up mostly because the bottle looked cool. Cloudy copper amber with a beige cap. Crusty bread, brett, lemon, pineapple, rye, grapefruit, and flowers in the nose. Taste makes me appreciate my eye buying because this beer is vibrant in how the various bread flavors, rye, hops, brett, and fruits play off each other. Good pith and juice from the fruits, especially the lemon. Feel is bready, wild, bretty, and dry. Points from the fun bottle

Poured into a teku pint. No freshness date.
A- Pours a medium amber color with a 3/4 inch off-white head that retains well before becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a mostly full sheet of surface foam. Semi-resilient lacing leaves small clots behind.
S- Lovely synthesis of Brett and hops displaying notes of lemon, pineapple and grapefruit and a nice funkiness throughout.
T- Tangy, somewhat tart flavor with more citrusy hop flavor and moderate bitterness. Pretty dry overall, though there's a slight malt sweetness. Very drinkable and refreshing.
M- Again, a bit tart and drying with medium carbonation and a body leaning toward the lighter side.
O- Way to go Hi-wire! After having some rather pedestrian wild ales from them in the past, it's obvious they're stepping up their game with this and the Blonde Sour which I also enjoyed.

Very nice hop profile, but personally, I could use just a bit more brett presence. Still, a nice beer.
