A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden yellow in color with heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint apricot colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall dense fizzy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of funky earthy barnyard with moderate aromas of lemon citrus and a light aroma of vinous white grape.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of slightly sour wheat + biscuit malts with a light amount of white grape vinous sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of funky earthy barnyard + hay and moderate flavors of tart lemon citrus. Hints of spicy spicy yeast towards the finish but there is a lingering tartness in the finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation. Effervescent with a moderate amount of acidic prickliness.
O: Very enjoyable and a surprising offering from this brewery - the first wild fermentation offering I've tried from them and it is very good. Easy to drink with nice earthy + tart flavors and aromas. Alcohol is well hidden and there is decent complexity to the smell and taste.

Pours a straw yellow with a white foam head. Served in a tasting glass. The beer is a great, clean, straight-up sour. Earthy and tart - it's great to see a brewery making great beer without feeling the need for gimmicky adjunct-adding. Solid work.

Light golden appearance accompanied by a slightly sour wild aroma. Taste follows that of a slight to moderate sour ale with a great feel and a refreshing finish.
