Look: It pours golden with a white head that has moderately low head retention.
Smell: It has an aroma of horse blanket and leather. There are also some light vinous notes with spices and grainy sweetness.
Taste: It has a grain character with a white wine combination. There are elements of leather and wood as background notes. There are various spices backgrounds notes as well. There is a light tartness as the end that is peach flavored.
Feel: It has a light body and the touch of tartness does last into the finish with a definitive peach taste.
Overall, this is a fairly mild brett ale that is pleasant without overpowering flavors.
