A tart wheat ale brewed with blackberries, blueberries and boysenberries. This refreshing and tart fruit bomb has huge aromas of jam and purple grape.

A: Pours a clear but almost opaque dark reddish purple (somewhere between cranberry juice and red wine) in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate garnet red + cranberry colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy foamy pinkish white head that quickly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of tart berries (blackberries, blueberries, and boysenberries) and grape jam with a light to moderate
aroma of slightly sour wheat malts.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of slightly sour wheat malts + grainy malts with minimal (if any) amounts of sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of tart berries (blackberries, blueberries, and boysenberries) with a light amount of lacto sourness which lingers through the finish.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a light to moderate amount of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink and very enjoyable with a nice amount of tartness without being too sour - I could easily enjoy a few of these.
