Canned on 4/23/20. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a pale straw color with a subtle haze; small eggshell white head that fades leaving nice retention and lacing. The aromas are on the subtle side. Citrus comes through, especially lime. Some fresh bread and crackers. Yeasts and malts do their thing, but the yeasts seem to be on the mild side. The flavors basically follow the nose. More lime leading the way. Lots of crackers and grains. Low to no bitterness. Mild sweetness. It's not tart or sour. Solid malt backbone. Yeasts seem to take a backseat with this white ale. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is light-bodied with moderate to active carbonation. It's sharp, fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.
This is an okay white ale. It's a nice refreshing beer, but might not be the best classic or traditional example of the style. It's okay for what it is. Not bad.
