Collaboration with Zebulon Artisan Ales

Zebulon Artisan Ales makes traditional beers and shines light on recipes that have worked for centuries or longer from his cozy brewhouse in Weaverville, NC. This collab is a dry English-style stout brewed as a tribute to American Ethnobotanist Terance McKenna. A medium-bodied sipper, this dark creation features sufficient and balanced roast character from start to finish.

16 oz can with a 16 December 2020 canning date stamped on the bottom.
This is an excellent stout with no off notes, and particularly fine mouthfeel and aroma. Rich dark roasted barley dominates the flavor with just a hint of burnt toast despite the overall dark roasted grain flavor.
