This sour ale includes a blend of two- and three-year-old sour blonde ales, fermented using the brewery's house mixed culture with strawberries and pineapple, with at least an additional month of bottle conditioning to get ideal carbonation levels.

Gifted a bomber (Rare Beer Club) in Fall 2021. Cellared and opened Fall 2023.
Nice tart Brett. Tannic. Both fruit flavors seem to have attenuated. Some strawberry on backside; but nothing bright or sweet.
Body bright with crisp carbonation.
Overall a decent Brett beer that perhaps would have better been enjoyed fresh; should not have been held.

A Rare Beer Club selection. Pours a hazy gold color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma is sour fruit. Taste is sweet pineapple and a hint of strawberries. Crisp and dry with a nice sour finish.
