Bru-1 is known for its bright characteristics and unmistakable pineapple punch making it the perfect pairing for the pine and passion fruit of Simcoe hops. You know the drill; this one is hazy, juicy, and billowing with fresh hop aroma balanced by the perfect amount of vanilla.

Imagination sees no bounds when the onslaught of ampersands hits the beer glass. Hi-Wire's experimental hop series makes stops at Bru-1 and Simcoe for a unique spin on the imperial hazy IPA.
The new taste of Hazy & Juicy & Hoppy & Fresh pours with a milky goldenrod with pastel taupe likeness and then crowned with a creamy ivory foam. Its aromas are a tantalizing blend of candied tropical fruit, citrus and orchard varieties. As the creaminess of vanilla, coconut and cereal waft across the nose, those malt flavors make a seamless transition to a taste of honeysuckle, shortcake and light cream candy.
As the hops unfold on the middle palate, the unique flavors of pineapple, guava, lychee, apple and under ripened orange tease with tastebuds with a bright and tropical succulence but also a playfully tart sherbet character. Trending moderately bitter with a gin-like spruciness, the finish is brisk with green tea, sassafras, verbena, fresh grassiness and an overall floral woodsy bite.
Medium bodied and having a malty-dry effect on the tongue, the beer finishes brisk but creamy with a spicy hop and alcohol vapor in aftertaste, somewhat like eucalyptus, coconut and tea once more.
