From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid little bock pours a nice
chill hazed medium mahogany with a moderate head of off white
foam that subsides to a thin ring, light dusty layer, and sports subtle
lacing. Nose of toasted malt, subtly spicy grain notes, subtle cherry,
and caramel notes. Flavors lightly surpass the nose with a nicely toasted
malt note, dark breaded malts, almost a rye note, subtle cherry, light
herbal hops, and a caramel touch on the rear of the taste. Nice mouth feel;
medium body, light crisp carbonation, and a lightly dry finish.
Overall, a solid little brew!
Cheers
