From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This imperial pours a dark
blackish brown with a nice head of tan foam that settles to a
thick ring, and a faint clumping layer. Nose of dark sweet chocolate
syrup, vanilla, and literal waffle notes with hints of char and touches of
dark coffee. Flavors lightly expand on the nose with dark chocolate
syrup, vanilla, cola, subtle dark coffee, waffle notes, and moderate
char. Mouth feel is medium full, a touch thin for the style, sweet,
faintly coating, and finishing with a sharp chocolate syrup note.
Overall, the lesser of the 10W-40 brews I have tried, the BBA
version is far superior.
Cheers
