Paloma Fruit Tart is a golden sour beer inspired by the cocktail that uses fresh lime and grapefruit to create a tart and refreshing beverage. Notes of pink grapefruit and limeade with a slight bite make this the perfect beer for fans of vigorously shaken mixed-drinks and other fizzy, fruited concoctions.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/31/2022. Pours slightly hazy pale golden straw color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with poor retention, that reduces to nothing pretty quickly. No lacing, some clinging bubbles, and streaming carbonation on the glass. Aromas of green apple, white grapefruit, lemon, lime, citrus zest, wheat, grain, and lacto funk. Taste of green apple, white grapefruit, lemon, lime, citrus zest, white grape, wheat, grain, hay, straw, grass, and lacto funk. Moderate fruity/lactic tartness; light fruit tang, and citrus bitterness on the finish. High carbonation and light body; fairly acidic with light grainy malt in the mouthfeel. Crisp, clean, refreshing finish, minimal lingering acidity or pucker factor after the finish. Overall a very tasty fruited berliner. Not as bold or bright on citrus flavors as I expected, but a very clean and well made sour.
