Served on tap, poured into a tulip glass.
Beautiful color and appearance with thick rich head.
Smell is rye dominant, but with notes of fruit and pine.
Taste is slightly malty with a good balance of mild hop fruit and very light carbonation. Very easy to drink for a rye. Overall a great brew, not necessarily a hoppy ipa but very well balanced and unique. Also a great atmosphere with everything brewed on site and very hospitable owner to make you feel at home.
