Murky dark brown color with frothy, tan head. Aroma is malty and acidic with some dark fruits and light toffee. Taste is, as expected from the aroma, lightly tart, some toasted malts, light coffee bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Not bad but it's clearly not what it was intended to be.
