On-tap at Desert Dogs Brewery and Cidery Taproom, Santa Fe, NM
A: The beer is relatively clear yellowish amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that died down, leaving lacing on the surface and the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of doughy yeast and grainy malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems to be a lot more yeasty compared to other beers in the style.
Serving type: on-tap
