We tried this one with friends Saturday afternoon (many Saturdays ago) at the brewery in Fort Collins. Poured a hazy yellow color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of coriander, wheat and white pepper. On the palate, light bodied and crisp, with coriander, pepper and wheat.

not sure if this is the same beer as i got no green at all just a hazy yellow that wasnt appetizing
appearance - like i said with a bit of fluffy head
smell - banana yeast, coriander, grapes
taste - follows the nose with some floral finishings
mouthfeel - heres where it shines, very dry and crisp and refreshing. leaves the mouth quite wet though.

A - This one has an odd murky green Hoegaarten-esque color, and is completely opaque. There is only a small cap that fades to a haze and thin collar, and the lace leaves room for improvement.
S - Lemon grass and wheat twang. Some hint of an unknown spice linger in my nostrils, but are overpowered by a really snappy citrus zest note.
T - Lime, lemon, and margarita mix. This is really too citrusy for my tastes, and it lacks the magic combination of what twang and nutmeg-n-allspice notes that makes good witbiers so alluring. This isn't bad, but it's nothing special.
M - Light to medium bodied, salty, and crisp. Seriously reminds me of margarita mix.
D - Not bad. Not quite good. For those who like this sort of thing, this is the sort of thing they would like.

Strange neon-yellowish color. Chamomile and little else in the aroma, perhaps some husky, grainy malts. Strange use of spice as it tastes like chamomile and ginger and skunky grains. Too sweet and its dry. Not good. Im shocked they are even serving this stuff to be honest.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a thin head, but great retention. Aroma is typical witbier spicy - with some coriander and orange peel coming through. The mouthfeel is very smooth and enjoyable. This one had a bit too much of a floral taste for me - otherwise it would have been great.
