Great offering from this Florida upstart. All the components are there for a world class brew. Has a little sweetness, a little heat on the back end from those ghost peppers. Nice blend of some coffee and chocolate. Great balance of all the flavors you would expect from a world class stout. Needs just a few refinements. Needs a bit more on the the nose and my personal preference is a stout with lots of body, like a milk shake. This was just a little thin for me. Otherwise, love this beer.
