This is a really solid ale. Pretty thick and rich. Brown/auburn body with slight beige head. Aroma of chocolate and roasted malt. Hearty flavor with some rich maltiness and slight burnt roastiness. Solid feel checking in at medium-full. Would not guess 8% as there is very little alcohol noted in flavor.

S-Caramel, dusty cocoa, nutty, leather
T-Nutty, biscuits...malt forward
M-Medium to full bodied but not oversweet or sticky...drinks nicely
O-Very impressive beer. Love the nutty, biscuity maltiness. Not boozy or oversweet. Unique flavor...recommended.
