I am told the original batch used Simcoe, this newest batch uses Belma.
L-Hazy golden color. Prefer more clarity in a pils.
S-really fresh hop aroma...lemony...tangerines...light strawberry
T-Sweeter honey bread maltiness combines with a fruit forward maltiness for a flavorful combo...again lemons up front with light strawberry and a touch of cantaloupe.
M-Light side of medium bodied...finishes clean leaving you wanting more
O-Very enjoyable lager. Not a traditional german pils but loaded with flavor and charisma.

Looks like a normal pilsner. Smells amazing, like a great IPA. Taste begins with bready notes, finish is all hops. I was more than impressed by this beer. If in the Fargo/Moorhead area, you have to check out this place.

This beer pours a very pale straw with a small stable head. The aroma is powerful for a pilsener, with a fair amount of lemon people, black pepper, and sawdust. The flavor starts with citrus and then fades to a pleasant crackery malt with hints of pepper. The mouthfeel is light and fizzy. Overall this was a wonderful aromatic take on a pilsener.
