This beer-mead combo pours a light caramel with a tiny head. The aroma offers up honey and floral notes, mainly hibiscus, dandelion, and sage. The flavor also leads with fairly sweet honey, hibiscus, blackberry, cassis, geranium, sage, and lavender. The mouthfeel is creamy and soft. Overall this was a pleasant and complex sipper in a little done style. Very enjoyable.
