Boysenberry Gose

This beer pours a rather gorgeous pinkish purple with a small head. The aroma offers up plenty of fresh tart boysenberry and blueberry. The flavor follows suit, with the salt also playing a key factor in preventing the fruit element from being cloying. The sourness is strong but not overwhelming. The mouthfeel is pleasantly thin and refreshing. Overall this is another on point sour from this brewery. Not my favorite flavor profile, but it is very well done.
