This beer blew my mind. The cocoa nibs create a rich, chocolate milk experience, and the pecans come through brilliantly in the nose and taste. The mouthfeel is viscous and sticky, and it looks great as well; the head sticks around for the duration and the color is black with dark red when held up to light. I can't recommend this beer enough, great job Junkyard Brewing.

This beer pours a simple black with a small mocha head. The offers up milk chocolate, the promised pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. The flavor leads with the roasty chocolate notes, as well as some browned toast, followed by light molasses and brown sugar, and finishing with pecan, cinnamon, and ginger. The mouthfeel is very sticky. Overall this is a fantastic beer, that really captures the added special ingredient.
