Look: Has an unfiltered copper color.
Smell: Light, sweet nose with what I'd guess might be simcoe.
Taste: some sweet berry, but the lacto and vanilla compliments are what really stand out. Some hop bitterness at the finish.
Feel: nice body with adequate carb with a nice soft feel.
Overall: this is fun beer. The hops, purée, vanilla, and lacto work nicely together and one element doesn't dominate or appear to be hard to identify. I especially enjoyed how the Vanilla and lacto balance the flavors of this beer.
