Junkyard Galaxy Experimental IPA. 6.7% Alc. by Vol. West Coast IPA. Junkyard Brewing, Moorhead, MN.
My first ever crowler from Junkyard (though I've sampled from others'), bought at Minnehaha-Lake Liquors. Along with another one I'll tell you all about later.
Hazy, bright golden hue, full ivory head, leaving lace. Looking nice.
In the nose: floral, slightly sweet, moderately bitter. Lightly fruity, citrus-y, dry. Lemon peel and pine needle.
In the mouth: Fresh, hoppy, dry and delicious. Bristlingly bitter, citrusy, lovely. Drinking down nice and easy. Smooth, not too bitter, not too fruity, just juicy enough. My kind of India Pale Ale. Very enjoyable, highly recommended.

L-Deep oak color..nice 1/4 inch white head.
S-A nice inviting fresh fruit laden hop aroma...passion fruit, kiwi, peaches
T-Peaches and passion fruit like flavor...a little mango on the finish.
F-Medium bodied...perfectly carbonated..
O-Rock solid Galaxy fueled IPA.

Poured from 750ml can into glass. Filled on date of '10/10/17'. Can description of 'WEST COAST IPA'.
Hazy golden body, thick cap persists and moderate lacing.
Dank aroma, with strawberry notes.
Dank and somewhat sweet taste, relatively dry, moderate bitterness.
Coating mouth feel.
A tasty IPA experiment. Always glad to try these from Junkyard.

Pours a slight hazed light golden color. smell has a dank garden white wine nose. Taste had dank garden hops mixed with a white wine hop, some apple and pear notes a slight dry bitterness in the finish. Not as fruity as many galaxy IPA'S that ive had but still a tasty treat from Junkyard.
