L: pours bright gold permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a lacy 3" off-white foam cap with good retention
S: smells resiny with herbs, onion, garlic, traces of dank, light biscuit, earth and light tropical fruit
T: Mildly sweet tropical fruit leads the flavors with traces of biscuit, pie crust and pineapple. It finishes with a resiny, citrus rind, herbal bitterness that is drying and slightly astringent
F: The medium bodied beer has a very rich, creamy texture with medium plus carbonation and a very mild alcohol warming
O: You drink this rich, creamy IPA for its resiny west coast flavor

Poured from crowler into glass. Fill date is stamped as '5/29/18'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Two finger white head on pouring settles to thick creamy cap which stays around. Webs of lacing.
Aroma is dank, floral, and earthy. Hop sweetness comes through.
Taste is piney, dank, and earthy. There is sweetness throughout and very little bitterness. Some bubblegum at the end.
Medium to thick mouth feel, with some zing on the tongue. Good level of carbonation.
A pleasant IPA (dank and piney), although rather subdued in aroma and taste, but this allows for multiple sips in a short amount of time.

Slightly hazy pale golden color. A large head forms and slowly settles. Heavy lacing is left down the glass. Somewhat dank aroma with herbal and grassy qualities. Not a whole lot else going on in the aroma. The malt is virtually non-existent in the flavor as well. It gives a dry base to show off the hop flavors. I do not think Idaho 7 is the most interesting hop in the world, certainly it is no Mosaic, but it does give grassy, herbal, and dank flavors. It is sort of a muted Mosaic type hop. As a hop delivery vehicle, the body and carbonation is suitable.
