Pours a slight hazed dark pink color with a light pink head . smellis tart and faint cranberry. More cranberry in the taste with slight funk and dry tartness. Light mouth feel with a dry finish. tasted nice on a summer day.

Tap pour at Red Cow Edina MN. Keg delivered on 6/20/2018.
Cloudy, cranberry red colored body. Minimal pinkish white head. No lacing.
Aroma of cranberry fruit and Belgian yeast.
Taste is stronger than the aroma, and melds together the slightly funky yeast with the somewhat tart flavor of the cranberry. Some spice and hops way in the background. Rather dry finish.
Medium mouth feel. Slightly prickly carbonation.
A Belgian ale that expresses the yeast, with the tart cranberry fruit adding another edge to the mix. Quite refreshing.
