We may be crafty and experimental, but we also appreciate the classic styles. What sets this style apart from other lagers is its additional Czech Saaz hop character and super light, refreshing finish. This rice lager is crisp and clean, with malty notes and a hint of citrus flavor.

Crowler. White head. Lace. Clear golden straw color.
Pretty clean. Crisp. Earthy, grassy, biscuity. Nothing style defining, but very solid.

This is a clean, tasty, easy drinking lager with character. Not sure you could brew a clearer, cleaner looking beer. Light gold in color...Mildy sweet malty aroma.....flavor follows with a real nice biscuit like maltiness....crisp though and the Saaz hops add just a hint of herbalness. Not sure I'm picking up any characteristics from the rice.
Very pleased with this beer. Would drink a lot of this in the summer at various events.

Fine pale yellow body; lively carbonation; thin head to begin with, bubbly and sparse with little retention. Solid pilsner nose; light malt presence with a delicate touch of earthy aromatics. Excellent light malt and biscuit character to the flavor with a well-balanced presence of classic pilsner hop taste; mild esters. Generally light body; juicy.
Apparently this is basically a rice lager with Czech pilsner hopping profile. It works.

A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of rice adjuncts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and mostly has flavors of rice. No hops are perceptible, but there are enough underlying hops to mask any sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager is super easy to drink and goes down very easily.
