L: Looks like OJ with a short head settling quickly to a stark white ring.
S: Heavy guava with some citrus and the slightest dank similar to wet wool.
T: Follows the nose with a lemon citrus bite on the finish. Some vanilla and lactose sugar to round it out. Passionfruit not as powerful as it is on the nose. Pretty intense.
F: This comes off as a thick juice from concentrate, highly carbonated, and sickly syrupy like a Jumex guava juice. Very rich for the ABV.
O: This was very similar to some other guava-based Gose and sours I’ve had, but something about the mouthfeel and lack of complexity set this one below the bar. Needless to say I didn’t desire to finish the full 25.4 oz super slurp can.

16 ounce can at share. Pale golden, hazy, small white head. tropical fruits make up most of the aroma, sweet, fruity with a little bit of the vanilla. Taste amps up the vanilla a bit to give this a very milkshake-y feel, full of tropical fruit and guava and a little bit of passion fruit.

Pours a murky, very dank golden/orange color. The head is 3 finger, quite frothy, and long lasting. No lacing on the glass as the head dissipates.
The nose hit me when I was pouring the beer. I'm not too experienced with guava and passion fruit, but I'm guessing these aromas are hitting me hard. Up close, they hit me harder. Just a dank smelling, tropical, fruit aroma. Very pleasing.
Taste - The guava and passion fruit hit up front, and they linger throughout, though, it hits harder on the backside. Just a fruity all around flavor. Not much with hops or malt, just fruit with just a hint of lactose.
The body is just smooth. Slides down my throat.
Just a outstanding, easy drinking beer. So juicy from the guava and passion fruit. Solid offering from Junkyard.

A little bit of a lost crowler can found in my beer frig.
Poured from crowler into glass. Fill date is '10/30/18'. Followed by note of 'GUAV PASSION'.
Murky, pale gold colored body. While the initial pour brings forth an impressive two finger white head, this does not stick around and settles back to scattered islands and an active ring. Some scattered spots are left behind. Quite a bit of "sludge" left behind at the end of the glass.
Aroma is bursting with tropical fruit, presumably guava and passion fruit. Smells sour. Slight hint of vanilla.
Taste is sour, with tropical fruit that is unsweetened. Flavor is a lot like unsweetened pineapple juice. The lactose brings along a modicum of sweetness, and the vanilla joins in for a flavor balance.
Medium to full mouth feel. Good carbonation. Finish is tart and abrupt.
I wish I had sampled this can a couple of weeks ago. I sense a slight overall dimming of the taste experience. It is still quite expressive, but is missing the last bit of explosion. The flavors are natural, and not artificially induced.
