L: Deep dark brown under a massive lacy 3"+ light tan cap with excellent retention.
S: big aroma of vanilla and coffee laced with some chocolate notes.
T: coffee leads merging with vanilla, milk chocolate and some bitterness with the roast to soften an assertive hop bitterness on the finish. The chocolate notes start milk chocolate and shift to bittersweet chocolate in the finish.
F: Luscious, full bodied and very creamy.
O: This is a fabulous dessert beer.

750ml crowler. Fill date is stamped as '3/6/19'.
Dark brown colored body, with brown back lit highlights. Two fingers of tan head, which settles back and leaves major coverage of lacing.
Aroma of sweetened coffee.
Taste of sweetened coffee with vanilla, and roasted malts with a chocolate flavor.
Thin to medium mouth feel. Good carbonation. Alcohol is well hidden.
Bitter from the coffee, but sweetened by the vanilla. Easy sipper but the body is too thin.

Pours quite dark, with a 3 finger tan head. The head retention is quite good, and the head is long lasting. There's some lacing on the glass as the head dissipates.
The nose is really rich with coffee, and also a nice vanilla undertone. These aromas really work well.
The taste has the coffee up front, then the vanilla hits more on the backside. There's also a slight hop presence in this beer. Some sweetness on the backside with the vanilla.
The body is a bit lighter than I was expecting, but it isn't watery at all. Slight creamy feeling in this beer. Hard to notice the 9% ABV in this beer. No alcohol harshness.
Tasty, and easy drinking coffee/vanilla stout. Maybe a slightly thicker body would make this beer even better, but it's damn good.

Crowler. Black color. Khaki head. Lace.
Vanilla, coffee, chocolate, cocoa for days. Light roasted. Caramel sweetness. Smooth. Full bodied. Nice flavors all around.
