L: Pulpy, murky gold with a 3" off-white cap with good retention and thick lace
S: Moderate aroma: citrus, trace of resin, tropical fruit, some spiciness.
T: Tastes like a tropical fruit pie: fruit, citrus, topical fruit, and pie crust lead to an assertive bitter mid-palate with a light astringent note from the hops.
F: Pulpy, juicy, creamy, medium full body, medium carbonation
O: This is a good drinkable beer but it does not differentiate itself enough from other beers in this category.

From a 1 week old crowler into a tulip, and looks great- glowering peachy orange/red in the middle, then gets chalky white toward the edges, and very dense and cloudy, with a big right head that recedes slowly. Label says Ariana and El Dorado hops in the whirlpool, then double dryhopped with Ariana, Galaxy, and Idaho Gem. El D is the only variety that I know well, of those, and this is one of the better uses of that hop which is usually too limey that i’ve tasted...all told, lots of citrus and tropical taste but much more fleshy than sweet.
