We brewed this fruited Sour IPA with a whole bunch of strawberry and rhubarb puree, plus a bit of plum for good measure! We also dry-hopped it with Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Cascade, and Azacca hops to lend a fruit-forward hop profile. The result is a juicy, lip smacking ale that tastes like a mouthful of strawberry rhubarb pie!

L: Hazy amber with a light red tint under a robust 3" off-white cap with good retention.
S: First sniff smells like breakfast. Strawberry and rhubarb smells initially with some light biscuit.
T: Mildly tart strawberry and rhubarb flavors with some light pie crust to biscuit. The fruit flavors work well together. Moderate low hop presence and some citrus notes. Plum does not stand out.
F: Medium plus body, medium carbonation.
O: Moderately tart beer with big fruit flavors that work well together
