L: murky gold under a 3" off-white cap with a very fine bead and good retention
S: Has all the juicy NE IPA aromas but underneath lies a delightful layer of white wine grape notes that evenly match the tropical fruit aromas.
T: Tropical fruit and white wine set the tone supported by pie crust and pasty notes. Moderate bitterness pulls it together.
F: The white wine grapes cut down the pulpy, juicy character. Very creamy, medium body and medium carbonation.
O: The Sauvignon grapes are exactly what as NE IPA needs to stand out from the pack and are a perfect match for the beer. This is one fine beer.
